Shoby John

Chief Advisor

An accomplished entrepreneur with more than 25 years of leadership experience, Shoby has held executive roles spanning technology, operations, sales and marketing, human resources, and business development in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. He is known for his ability to balance strategy, execution, and people leadership in guiding organizations toward sustained growth. Shoby’s primary business focus is serving as a C12 Chairman, where he mentors and equips Christian CEOs and business owners across Greater Houston.
